'One of the best gelati you've made in a long time' so says my wife Lucie, and one of my favourites to make. Brown Butter is a rich gelato made by gently caramelising butter, before mixing it with dark brown sugar and our gelato custard. It's perfect alongside a mince pie or even Christmas pud - 550ml pot.
Contains dairy. In our kitchen we process nuts, peanuts, eggs, sesame, gluten, soya and dairy products.
