Sourdough, our take on the 70s classic 'brown bread ice cream', and one of our most popular flavours from last winter. A rich egg-based custard, blended with a splash of whisky and brown sugar. Upon churning, we sprinkle the gelato with sourdough breadcrumbs that we have roasted in butter, cinnamon, sugar and salt. 550ml pots.
