Our Flavours
Our gelato and sorbet are made from the best ingredients we can find, and we never ever use any artificial flavouring or colouring. After all, how are you meant to make the best gelato, without the best ingredients?

Wherever possible, we source our ingredients from local producers. Our milk and cream is delivered to us by Perthshire dairies.
​
All of our strawberries, raspberries, black currants and blackberries are grown in Perthshire fruit farms, and our cousin’s farm near Carnoustie.

We can also deliver gelato straight to your door. Each month we offer a selection of seasonal and most popular flavours in half litre tubs.

Vegan FriendlyAll of our sorbets are dairy free and vegan friendly. We use only the best natural ingredients and tried and tested techniques to make our sorbets as smooth and ‘creamy’ as possible.
